Osuna Roofing & Construction may assist homeowners in documenting and navigating insurance claims for storm or hail damage. Our assistance is provided as a courtesy to our customers. We are roofing contractors - we are not licensed insurance adjusters, attorneys, or financial advisors. All final claim decisions are made by your insurance carrier.

We do not guarantee any specific insurance payout, claim approval, or coverage outcome. You remain responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by your policy.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms (including duration and coverage) are outlined in your individual written service contract. In general:

• Our workmanship warranty covers defects resulting from our installation
• Manufacturer warranties on materials (shingles, underlayment, etc.) are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms
• Warranties are voided by unauthorized modifications, storm events after installation, or failure to maintain the roof per manufacturer guidelines

6. Payment Terms

7. Property Access & Safety

By scheduling services, you authorize Osuna Roofing & Construction and its crew to access your property as needed to perform the agreed-upon work. You agree to:

• Ensure safe access to the work area (driveway, yard, roof access)
• Remove vehicles, personal property, or fragile items from the work zone
• Notify us of any known hazards, buried utilities, or structural concerns

We will take reasonable care of your property. We are not responsible for incidental damage to landscaping or driveways that is unavoidable during normal roofing operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Osuna Roofing & Construction's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
